Bugs and Horrible Support

The game framework is freaking awesome! But this game is completely ruined by poor tech support. Bug reports will be responded to quickly but have never been helpful. They tend to give inaccurate response and appear uninformed because they will deny the bug exists even when it is server wide and been present for days. Many bugs I have seen have never been fixed.
